Our Story

2005

PCOM’s engineering roots go back to 2005, when the company began as a systems integrator for major European telecom operators — designing and manufacturing the server cabinets, climate control systems, and power infrastructure that keep mobile networks and data centers running for operators including MTS, Vodafone, Kyivstar, and Turkcell.

That same engineering discipline carried into transportation infrastructure: as ipComRoads, the company became one of Ukraine’s largest builders of weigh-in-motion (WIM) systems, delivering more than 40 WIM complexes and road-monitoring stations in just two years — full-cycle projects from design through metrological certification.

2020

In 2020, IPCOM expanded into energy — a shift driven by the growing need for energy independence and the potential of renewable power across the region. What started as equipment supply for solar installations has grown into full-cycle delivery of solar power plants and industrial battery energy storage systems (BESS), now backed by direct manufacturer partnerships with REPT BATTERO and KEHUA TECH.

2026

Today, energy is where most of our engineering capacity is focused — while the transportation systems business that started it all remains active and in operation across the region.

& Solar Solutions

Energy is IPCOM’s primary line of business. We design, supply, install and operate solar power plants and industrial battery energy storage systems (BESS) — from single-site installations to multi-megawatt projects integrated with solar PV and CHP generation.

Full-cycle delivery — site assessment, engineering, permitting, installation, commissioning and long-term operation & maintenance, handled by our own team

Direct manufacturer partnerships — Official Distributor of REPT BATTERO (Czech Republic & Eastern Europe) and Authorized Partner of KEHUA TECH, giving clients direct factory pricing, warranty and technical support

Track record — 30+ MW of solar capacity and 23+ MW / 80+ MWh of BESS capacity installed to date, with projects across energy, oil production, cable manufacturing and agriculture

5-year+ warranty on equipment and installation work, with local service and remote monitoring after launc

ipComRoads started as an integrator of weigh-in-motion and road-monitoring systems, and remains one of Ukraine’s leading builders of WIM infrastructure — 40+ complexes delivered in 2020–2022 alone, covering speed WIM, bridge WIM, and road weather stations. This is the business the company was built on, and it continues to operate alongside our energy projects today.
